Pan American Games

The Pan American Games are an event held every four years. Itcontains many a sports event, all played as the Olympic Gamesmulti sports. The first Pan American Games were held in Buenos Ares (capital of Argentina) in 1951. These Olympic Games are held by PASO (Pan American Sports Organization). The torch is the greatest symbol of Pan, from the first editions. Itis lit at the opening of all games. The mascots are another great symbol of Pan, as a tribute givenby others. Pan has been held in Brazil in 1963, in São Paulo. In this year of 2011 was performed Paan Guadalajara that ended with: the United States in first place with 92 gold medals, Cubaranked second with 58 gold medals and Brazil in third with 48gold medals. This time, Brazil finished third but perhaps I can finish first in the next pan.
